Cutise Species TOS
- Cutise are a closed species (often shortened CS), created by konbini-kitty.
- What's a CS? - A closed species is an original species in which any one person may not design or own a member of said species without certain permissions.
- For Cutise, you may not make your own unless you are in recorded possession of a MYO (Make-Your-Own) Slot. Said slots may be received via sales, events, or even trade from another user.
- Otherwise you may receive one via adoptable sales or trades.
- Cutise may be voided from the species, but only after permission is granted from a mod. They may be re-instated later with permission.
- Cutise are not to be included in or used to promote anything hateful, prejudice, harassing, etc. Said behavior will not be tolerated.
- Blacklisted or banned users owning a Cutise at the time of being blacklisted will have their Cutise automatically voided. The same goes for MYO slots - if they have one, it will be deleted and counted as unusable.
- You may sell, trade, or gift your Cutise indiscriminately. You can ask for whatever you want.
- When a Cutise changes owners, you must contact a mod so that the Master List may be updated.
- This includes MYO Slots!
- You may co-own a Cutise, but mods are not responsible for any disputes.
- Stealing or copying someone's Cutise is prohibited, and will not be tolerated.
- Cutise characters can be used for personal use only. Commercial use of Cutise or the species name is prohibited. Commercial copyright of the species and name belong to solely konbini-kitty.
- Cutise art or designs may not be used as NFTs of any kind, nor be involved with them in any way.
- Cutise may not be involved with or used in the making of AI art.
- Feel free to build your own lore, worlds, and stories with your Cutise. You do not need to follow canon lore or stories.
- The artist's individual TOS of any Cutise design apply. Please make sure you agree with them before buying/trading. Species rules overrule individual.
- There is no cool down for trading/selling.
- There is no limit for how many you can own.
- You can create NSFW content with your Cutise if you are above the age of 18 and if the character(s) involved are adults. Do not create NSFW content of the Cores themselves, as they are treated as ferals, and that will get you banned quick.
- A public blacklist of individuals banned from participating in the species community or owning a Cutise will be kept.
