Terms of Service

These are subject to change and, by participating in Karurium, you agree that you have read and agree to the rules below.

The Basics:

  • Karurium is a closed species, so in order to create one, you need a MYO ticket.
  • You don't need a Karurium to join our group! We do raffles, adoptables, MYO sales, and other opportunities! You'll get a chance!
  • We don't accept racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. behaviors OR speech.
  • Don't talk about NSFW topics in the public groups. There are minors and this is a safe place for everyone.
  • Do not send anything more than pg-13 content in for submissions.
  • Don't try to find loopholes in our rules. If it's obvious that it wouldn't be okay, don't do it.

Etiquette:

  • Be caring of your other members. Be nice and keep this a safe place for everyone to be! It's supposed to be fun and laid back, not stressful and uncomfortable.

    If anyone makes you uncomfortable, PLEASE don't be afraid to come to any of the staff with your issues. We are here for you.

  • Tracing, copying, and stealing characters will result in bans or suspensions.
  • Please don't discuss real-world politics in our server/on forums/with Karu.
  • Harassing other users about/for designs is not acceptable and will result in warnings or bans, depending on severity.
  • No guilt-tripping and begging for characters, adoptables, or anything else. This depends on severity how it will be dealt with, but please consider other people when you say things.
  • Bullying other members will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly by staff.

Adoptables/MYOs:

  • We do not refund for MYOs/Adoptables, but you can resell your adopt/MYO for what you purchased it for (the only way you can sell it for more is if quality add-ons have been added to the chaarcter)
  • You are not to retract/edit/delete bids. If you do, you will be suspended from bidding for one month for each time you do this.
  • only unused MYO slots can be used/traded/sold.
  • Raffle MYOs and adopts cannot be resold or traded and can only be gifted without quality additions.
  • You are required to follow every artist's TOS when you buy a Karurium design from them.
  • If offering art, please make sure you can complete it in the artist's timeframe before you offer.
  • Please do not offer more money than you have.
  • Be respectful toward our artists; do not compare art styles, characters, or be insulting toward posted adopts.

Liability:

  • We are not responsible for interactions between users and cannot control what happens in DMs. Users involved in drama is not within our control.
  • The mods are not responsible for assissting with personal issues between members, and will not be able to moderate them unless they have to do with the group.
  • Members should block anyone that makes them uncomfortable, and the block should be respected.

Public Blacklist and Rules:

Karurium reserve the right to ban or remove any members who do these things below, and these are subject to change. However, we do not condone stalking, harassment, or bullying of people on this list. If you trade or sell a Karurium to anyone on this blacklist, you will also be put on the blacklist after a warning has been sent.

Members on this list are not allowed to own any designs in the Karurium species, create any designs, own any MYO tickets, or participate in the species. Ths includes; entering events, joining raffles, becoming a member of the TH world, DeviantArt group or Discord server, and purchasing or otherwise gaining MYOs and designs from an official source or through a member.

Adopts and MYOs owned/created by these people will be voided if they remain in the posession of the blacklisted user for more than two weeks after blacklisting. Additionally, purchased MYO will not be refunded to these users, as they have knowingly broken our rules.

  • No tolerance for immoral content such as;
    Underage/Incest/Beastiality NSFW, Nazi/Imperialism, Racism/Transphobia, R*pe/Nonconsent, Pro-Shipping Content
    and anything similar, will result in a blacklist from the species. It doesn't matter if Karurium were involved in the aforementioned content. If it comes to moderator attention that a member is taking part in these things, they will be banned and blacklisted.
  • Underage users are not allowed to have any type of NSFW works. People under 18 cannot have,create, or distribute NSFW works, no matter how old the character is. Whether it involves Karurium or not, it will result in a ban.
  • We also do not allow for incestuous, pedophilic, or bestiality content to be made. Based on the situation, warnings, strikes, or bans can be given for any reason.
