Common breed

History

Many years ago on the land called Zataria has lived Zatarians who were very friendly and wise. God called "Life" created them to share their joyful approach to life. They always wanted to help other regions, they shared knowledge about love and peace.

One wolf called Zar was great with dark magic, and other kinds of magic was too difficult for him. Zatarians couldn't accept him because they thought he is evil. Zar hated himself but he had a one true friend called Lair who always was next to him. Other Zatarians doesn't find this relationship as okay, they thought that Zar will turn his friend evil. One day Lair asked Zar if he would go with him because he has a suprise for him. They went to weird cave with glowing crystals and glistening water. Lair said that they can switch their powers with switching spell which was engraved on walls of the cave. After a long talk they tried to learn and try switching spell. Everything gone wrong because they were unexperienced with harder spells. They became one fusion which they didn't know how to control and they became the plague monster. Their magic energy was unstable with every step they spreaded a deadly disease. After a few days they turned into living smoke.

All Zatarians were dead within a week trying to kill them. The most powerfull wolves and lions from different nations thanks by their magic turned Zar and Liar into a dark crystal necklace and nobody knows where they hid this necklace. After these events, Zatarians had to reproduce with different nations because almost all Zatarians were dead. After a few years, Zatarians went extinct and common breed replaced them.

Culture

Common breed has mixed thoughts about different things because they are mixed from many cultures. Their common trait is memory of the history and respecting it.

They are helpful and understanding, adults are teaching their cubs and pups that every kind of magic is valid and every of them is wonderful in their way. Once a year is special day called "Day of dark ashes" , it's always the first day of year. This celebration is a memory about thousands of innocent souls that died many years ago. Felines and Canines gather in groups around sacred stones to think about their family and friends that aren't with them anymore. Then is a lunar eclipse on the sky. Everybody thinks that is Zar and Lair soul and they apologise them bowing to the stone. The Lunar eclipse is gone after 30 minutes, everyone stops praying and apologising.

They always go to near waterfall which is prepared for a party. You can pick up any traditional food or drink from the rock table. There always magic shows with every kind of magic because every magic is beautiful in its way. There always dances to music played by wolves and lions. Party is ending when they see the rays of the sun, everybody returns to their home.

The second important day is the day when you can pick your own crystal necklace or bracelet. The common knowledge is that crystals have magical aura around them. So some of felines and canines use them as a magical necklace which helps them to control and use their powers. Not every nation is okay with it but for common breed that lives in Zataria is important because they belive that these crystals are protecting them from losing control when you miss the spells. Is it true? Nobody knows, but for common breed it's obviously true! They don't want history to repeat itself. So in the day of picking crystal commons have to pass an magic showcase when they present their learned abilities on the middle of magic stone. Then one crystal starts glows and turns in color of abilities their new user. When it's possible to obtain an crystal? after the age of 10 years old (kid/teenager).

Architecture

The architecture in Zataria is simple. On meadows (in woods too!) are houses made of logs, boards and stones. Color of the roof is often yellow,red,brown or green and the color of house is often white-brown or only brown tones. The roof is made from hay, leafes, and boards. Inside of the houses are simple furniture to keeping things safe, for cooking and the most important one, many pillows on the floor with warm blankets are instead of beds. For the light they use small lanterns with glowing crystals or fireflies. In villages is still popular to sleep in small caves, of course these caves have furniture too, some of them have even simple doors.

Canon of beauty

Common breed is so different from each other, you can find natural colors family and then you see neon colors family, they can have wings, horns, literally everything. They love differences, the more different you are, the more beautiful you are, Common breed looks for unusual features in others. They never call you ugly because of their kidness but common markings whose almost everyone has, seems to them less attractive.

Habitat

Common breed lives mainly in Zataria but they can be found all around world. Everywhere is green because it's a region where you can find meadows and forests. Some meadows are full of flowers. There are more grasslands than woods, but there are a lot of glowing crystals, especially under the trees, caves or in the water. These crystals are only in blue or green color. You can admire the mountians around, there are caves, mountian streams, waterfalls and fallen trees. In some locations you can even found flying isles in differet sizes, usually on the top of flying isles are lakes with waterfall that lead to the normal lakes below. Some of mountians are dangerous because there live a wyverns, the most popular place for wyverns are "Wyvern Hills", it's forbidden to going there without special permission or a task because nobody wants to risks life of their towns. The most popular meeting place is Shiptois Falls, it's located in the middle of southern part of zataria, felines and canines often are there.

Diet

If you're in Zataria you can find on many trees yellow apples that are sweet to taste. There also grow soft pears. You can find there also a many kinds of berries on bushes! On the bushes grow red,blue and black berries. Common breed likes sweet flavors so they love to cook every kind of meat with berries sauce. The most popular meat is a zatarian deer's meat. Common breed also is open to new tastes so they love to try other region's food. The last snack in Zataria are red and brown mushrooms but it's grow only in autumn. Ofcourse you can find there more muschrooms or plants but not everything is good to eat unless you want be sick. They also eat eggs, cheese and milk from their farm.

Health

It depends on feline/canine because of mixed genes. They often have health problems like their different nation parents
