Owen Carter

A young man that grew up wanting to be as cool as the mobsters that raised him.
And to do that he has to become a famous assassin.

Owen spent much of his time growing up with his uncle, Terry. In doing so, he became close to one of the city's top mobs. He admired the people there, he admired their strength and their power. He wanted to join them, but to do so he had to prove himself as someone they could benefit from.
And as he put on a mysterious, black glove, he set out to do just that.

Notes: With the intro of Annie May and Aniki's world there were a lot of scenarios I ran with friends, but at one point we ended up hitting the wall of "Who's the villain?" I had an idea and played around on a few picrews when I made Owen. Originally he was going to be a basic bad guy, but the more I looked at those tired eyes with rings around them, the more I thought, "Wow, I want him related to Terry". Luckily, I just so happened to talk about a relative of Terry's with another friends, and it came full circle kekekek.
Is Owen a bad guy? Technically. He's more the, uh... Shadow the Hedgehog of the group, both in role and attitude CACKLE.

Personality: Owen never grew out of his edgy phase. He likes to think of himself as an evil mastermind and often has an ego far too inflated. He's sarcastic with an inability to reel it back, ending up more of like an asshole, and with too much pride to admit his mistakes or say he's sorry.

Non-human Abilities:
- Glove - A mysterious glove he stole from a classmate; imbued with some kind of magic, Owen is capable of pulling out any small firearm from the glove whenever he removes it. Each gun pulled out comes fully loaded, and disappears as soon as the glove is put back on.

Voice: Dark and sinister, but also emo; Yuri Lowenthal

Drawing Details: Owen is very lean and often wears neutral colored sweaters. Sometimes he has a thin jacket either on and unbuttoned or over the shoulders. His hair is messy with part of it put back in a low ponytail. Main details to look for are the red eyes with dark rings around them from exhaustion, and the black glove over his right hand. Usually either has a small smirk or frown.

Fun/Extra Facts:

- Avid OC creator and writer.

- The initials of his name create O. C.

- Close friends with Nicolas; they often pair their characters together.

- Learned about characters through his uncle. Can't understand why he stopped writing.

- Visited Terry often as a kid because his parents both had heavy jobs, and would want to go on dates during their few days off. They weren't neglectful and he never minded having to go to his uncle's.

- It took a full week for Owen to be convinced that Rowen and Taka wouldn't kill him.

- Looks up to Taka's son like an older brother.

- Wants to be an assassin because of an old character Terry made.

- Has never killed anyone. Hasn't even been in a fight.

- Is the first bad guy in Aniki's way, but ends up as a frenemy afterwards. 

- Very strong possibility that his red eyes are colored contacts.

- Studying English in college like his other uncle. Wants to go into writing afterwards.
