Not sure if there's already a thread like this but is there something that everyone likes but you hate?

I have a couple things I don't like which I'll mention here:

I did not like Pizza Tower and Trigun Stampede at first when they were both popular at the time and now I don't. I tend to hate things that are currently popular but there's a 0.01% of me liking it but only if there's a character from it that I like
v Wow a lot of people really hate The Amazing Digital Circus huh?
Digital Circus or whatever it's called. Okay, well, hate's a strong word here as I'm more... neutral on it, but I really don't like the character design that much so I personally don't see the appeal.
For something I actually hate (also this is fandom specific) - season three of Star Trek: Picard. The entire show was ass, and the last season was no better. I still don't know why everyone who watches it keeps giving it as much praise as they do, because the only thing that last season has going on is nothing more than some good nostalgia bits.

+1 to digital circus too… but I kinda get why it pretty much appeals to a wide audience, especially the internet nowadays.
OT: Certain indie games - like the rhythm game Melatonin and the farming sim Calico - immediately turn me off because of their cutesy, pastel artstyle. While I don’t mind indie games being wholesome, for those two games, I feel like it’s too much for me to like. I skew into games with somewhat gritty elements in their artstyle and offer a challenge, but not too much into the tail-end of it (e.g. soulsborne games in general).
Buuut here’s an indie game that I absolutely despise for a change: Harvest Festival 64. I don’t get why there are a LOT of horror game youtubers/streamers making videos of it. That game felt bland, predictable, and the concept of “ooooooo it’s Animal Crossing but spooooooky” has probably already been done before…
modern star trek... 😭 sorry i'm a professional alternate original series hater.. same goes for strange new worlds etc.... what did they do to my boyfriend.... i also feel the modern sets are very lifeless and lack colors and all the shapes that make star trek so wonderful!!! make me amazed of futuristic technology!! lemme see em lasers and tacky outfits! (ง •_•)ง
and marvel movies + genshin impact. not a fan of christmas/birthday songs either.
90s 80s 70s... and so on related media. OCS, series, clothing, movies, whatever else.
I've got some more
- dudes with long hair (its just ...super unattractive)
- animes & cartoons (the vast majority of it)
- 90% of famous YouTubers. I don't get what's so cool about Mr Beast either
- still drinks.
- animation memes. Aside from that I'm not into it, they always use the most annoying music
- 'pop art styles' 🥱
Not necessarily hate, but ooblets.
I see everyone sing this game praises but the only way I can describe it is millennial cocomelon and its saccharine to the point of nausea.
My Chemical Romance. I never found the appeal and their music is not very good. And there FANS ARE FUCKING HORRID. But back when I tried back friends with music they would always be insane over that band like it was the second coming of Christ. Bad band, I hate. I also don't like Twenty-One Pilots but maybe that's more so because of the horrible people I associate with that band. Oh and their music is super overplayed and just not very good either
Oh and +1 to digital circus if I see anything involving it one more time I'm going to throw a tantrum
