Terms of Service (Designs & Adoptables)

**Failure to abide by my ToS will result in blacklisting.**

• You are allowed to use the design's artwork for banners, icons, profile pictures, etc.
• Designs and adoptables are for personal use only. I do not allow commercial use of my work.
• Do not edit over my artwork. If you'd like minor color changes, feel free to send a message my way!
• I do not permit any of my designs/adoptables to be traded or sold for any form of cryptocurrency or non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
• Aesthetic changes (including a change of species) are fine as long as the edits do not completely make it unrecognizable from the original, and it must always be sold with the original.
• Designs that are sold with companions or alternate versions cannot be sold separately.
• Do not resell for more than you paid.
• Designs with additional artwork cannot be sold for more without first being appraised and approved by me.
