He doesn’t remember his past at all, though he’s always stuck with an overwhelming feeling of needing to run/ignore things. So he does. He has no interest in pursuing his past. Knows that if he thinks more about his past, he might actually figure out parts of his identity, but doesn’t want to at all for fear he might find something he won’t like.

Ever since he woke up in Sanguine City, he’s been doing reckless things, doing a lot of things on a whim. He doesn’t think too hard about it, it just happens. That The hair cut was a random decision too, since it got in the way when he was doing a large jump. He kind of misses long hair, but it’ll grow out eventually, so whatever. Besides, now it's cool colors. Awesome.

He’s obeyed curfew so far, but maybe in the future… I mean, it can’t be that bad, rig̸̨̤͎̫̭̗̖͑̊ht?

In general, "Jean" is a reckless partier who is immediately drawn to bad decisions. He befriends many residents of Sin City, including Judas, dragging him on many of his adventures, including pushing him into a wheelbarrow and forcing him to attend a party in the trendsetting part of the city. There, he has fun talking to a variety of people, including Janus, whom he has met at a number of parties before. He also befriends Xander, whom he often gets into hijinks with, and Calyn, whom he surprises by bursting into their room and falling asleep on their bed.

Jean, as Melitta, attends the halloween parade while wearing a very fashionable pair of black wings. While there, she meets up with Calyn and Xander, and they go around collecting candy, accidentally breaking curfew in the process. She is ecstatic to discover that she can't remember anything from after curfew, and happily continues breaking curfew every night afterwards. When it starts snowing suddenly in the city, Melitta, now Holly, tries scaling the clocktower in the middle of the plaza to see where the snow is coming from, accompanied by Xander, Calyn, and Ada. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), they are unable to get to the top every time by curfew and their own shenanigans.

The announcement of a fashion show distracts Holly from their climbing attempts, and Holly, as Alea, attends with her now signature black wings in tow. She gets there too early and meets Teddy, who invites her to a glitter party the week after, which she happily promises to attend before rushing off to find her other friends. She's obviously outside when curfew sets in, expecting to forget things like usual...

...But when the next day begins, it's as if Jean never existed to begin with.
