His parents abused him because he was weak and unwanted because he ‘didn’t’ have any powers, they cherished his brother for having the powers to become the next Anubis.

He was snuggling and joking with his mate and she jumped up and as she jumped off the rock a pack of other power wolf skills her. In that moment Kylo found out he had time travel powers, he kept trying to go back in time and save Mist but he could never. Out of grief and frustration he kept killing his parents over and over till he realised he couldn’t go back in time again to kill them again and permanently killed them. He time travels to the future realising that all the wolves who had power abilities were wiped out and some cat clans now worship them as gods and live where they used to. They know about Kylo the time traveler from the ghosts of some of the power wolves. He sees Frostspeckle and thinks she is re-carnation of Mist (she isn’t they are just basically the same person but isn’t) and tries to like be her ‘guardian angel’
