Extremely interested in aesthetics, she has tattooed a snake, roses, and thorns on her left thigh. Daily makeup consists of just a little bit of pink-orangish blush. Her clear framed glasses are only worn when writing articles.

Izo: Her pen pal from a town away, communicating through the traveler bird. When they had met for the first time, she was surprised to see he was just a child, as he writes rather maturely for his age.
Kei: Very ingtrigued by his venus fly trap arm, Xie is constantly trying to get him to talk so she can write an article about him.
Kasumi: Xie vastly changes her attitude when Kasumi is around, mostly because she can't get over the fact how someone can be so kind. She feels as if she were to go overboard with hurting Kasumi's feelings if she were to be he regular, sarcastic self.
