{ Appearance }
Kei has bright green eyes and auburn brown hair. He has teal triangles facepainted under his eyes but no one really knows why. Kei's attire usually consists of a turtleneck, sweater, and jacket. The face paint under his eyes are there to separate himself from the rest of society. His goggles are slung over his left shoulder and hardly ever used. The handcuffs and ball and chain aren't removed, because he feels there is no need for that, treating them as extra weights. Attached to his left arm is a venus fly trap that can spit out slime, and is extremely slippery. However, it will not do things on Kei's command, nor can he force it to do so. Others don't often see Kei as scary, until they spot the venus fly trap.

{ Background Information }
Kei grew up as an orphan. The kids in the orphanage were afraid of him, as he used to have no control over it. This has led him to many problems as a teenager, and he as often been sent to prison. Kei has unbelievable strength and was able to break free from these situations as frequently as he got stuck in them. Getting away from the police couldn't cause Kei to break a sweat. He allows himself to get tossed into jail just for the kicks. Often breaking jail cells, he is one of the top most wanted men. Somehow, they still aren't able to find where he resides. The venus fly trap on the other hand, is very energetic and has a mind of its own. It likes being around others, but comes off more as a threat than friendly.

{ Relationships }
Kasumi: One of the people that can actually stand him, Kasumi is a sweet girl that fell for Kei. She sees the "good guy" in him, but disapproves of his destructive behaviour. Sometimes she'll abandon him to visit his nephew, instead.
Izo: Kei's nephew. They get along pretty well, and Kei enjoys taking care of him despite being very irresponsible. He provides the basic necessities, though never tries to improve their lifestyle even though he excels in his studies.
Xie: Kei finds her extremely annoying with her sarcastic comments and constant need to poke into his life. Because of his interests with causing trouble, he would rather not have the world look for him to use him as a science experiment.
