If there is one word to describe Maxx it would be tired. Just, tired. He has lost count of how many things he's had to worry about over the years to the point that he's had to spend late nights or dedicate massive amount of his time and energy to dealing with. Max does his best to simply try and get things done as cleanly as possible lest he have to go back and try and fix it and then fix that and then fix that and so on and so on. That isn't to say that Maxx doesn't want to try and do a good job with what he has to do but it can be worth so much more to just do the bare minimum or slightly above that if it means not having to work on things that aren't really important in the long run. There are a few things that can get Maxx going when it comes to that desire to do things. From his various personal projects that he puts a, now healthy, amount of work into to hanging out with his friends even if they are a collection of oddballs but he supposes he's something of an oddball too. However even when he has fun the poor guy's battery can end up a bit drained from time to time but so long as he has time to himself and time to recharge he should be fine.
