Rokuro Masanori is a very unassuming man at first glance. He dresses well, but he does not draw attention upon entering a room. However, anyone who knows him knows that he his approachable nature is apart of his charm, but don't underestimate it. He is an ambitious man who will not give up on his dreams easily and will see them through with sweat and blood. Rokuro is very business oriented and people focused. He knows that building strong relationships and giving people a fighting chance is the key to success. Rokuro values his underlings and sees them as his family.
It is no secret that Rokuro was seen as the runt of his family. As Hitori Masanori’s 6th son, Rokuro fell by the way side as Hitori prepared his first 2 sons to succeed him. It was obvious that his father held a grudge against him in particular, for one reason or another. However, despite never being given a chance to prove himself to his father, Rokuro still learned a lot from the way his father ran things. He learned how he wanted to be different from his father. Instead of competing for his father's attention, Rokuro split off from his father's group and created The Black Fox Syndicate.
There is a lot of speculation around Rokuro's cane, whether there is something more to it or not. Is it used for aesthetics, as a threat, or is it an actual aid? This works in Rokuro's favor, so he never speaks on it. However, those who are closest to Rokuro know the truth and are aware of the heavy scarring on his left knee.
