Cursed Cloaks
Lasair can make cloaks that, when worn, allow the intended wearer to shapeshift. Enchanting them takes both time and dedicated concentration, but once completed, all she has to do is throw the cloak over her shoulders, and she becomes what the enchantment dictates. She can make them for others, and it will only work for its intended owner. Her cloaks carry a curse, however, and she's become powerful enough through her pacts with Fortune to not need to wear her own cloaks to shapeshift. Whatever forms she crafts for herself are kept hidden, buried so no one will touch them but her. She can also decide to partially shift, or to alter the size of her forms.
Cost
Magic takes a long time or requires a lengthy ceremony to cast.
Lasair needs to physically make the cloak from scratch and concentrate on who she's making the cloak for, and what the intented form is that she embues the cloak with.
Magic somewhat impairs the caster's senses under certain circumstances.
(Will only work with express OOC permission.) All of her cloaks carry a curse. If the cloak is stolen from its owner, the owner becomes lured to follow the thief's orders until the cloak is returned, dropped, or destroyed.
Personality
She's always had that cruel streak in her, that need to play games, incite a little mayhem (as long as her name was never attached), and above all, win. She was taught from an early age to take advantage of every situation in a way that left her blameless, and was told to uphold the pure family reputation at any cost.
She took heed of the first lesson, but she's left her tattered reputation behind, collecting her own wanted posters to decorate her personal chambers instead. She enjoys being feared, getting her thrill off of the looks of terror in the eyes of her enemies. Lasair wields threats and cunning charm as equal weapons in her arsenal to get what she wants, and she's as likely to laugh and dance with you as she is to spin you over a cliff and watch you fall for her own amusement, depending on her goals and her mood of the day.

History
Once the angel of Faline, the heir to the perfect Andraste house that could do no wrong. Now fallen, and gladly so, to corruption and bloodshed.
No longer must she play to the needs of high society. Lasair's discarded her role as the next duchess of Faline in favor of the deep catacombs underneath the city, building her own empire as she pleases. No longer does she hide her intentions behind flawless smiles, no longer does she play the temperate game of the world above. She makes her own rules, gaining allies through bribery, blackmail, or bloody charm, and she holds nothing back now. She craves the next conquest, the next enemy she'll dance with and bring to heel, spilling blood and setting things ablaze at her discretion and no one else's.
But underneath her cruelty lies a hollow lacking. She'd fallen deeply in love with her arranged fiance, Basileios Veres, but tragedy, secrets, and implications of treachery broke what little trust she had in others. She calls her current criminal enterprise catharsis for her broken heart, but she knows it's merely a distraction from what she once had with him.
She's trusts no one now, including herself. Though she's allies with various members of the underground: Jericho, Azcasu, Antioch, Splinter, Harrow, Aleister, Brille - she calls none of them friends, knowing how fickle another's ambitions could lie.
She will not be tricked again.

-Fortune Quest 7/02/2021. She takes her first life and offers it to Fortune, gaining +2 Discipline and +1 Corruption.
-Outlander Event7/3/2021 From deciding to soothe tensions at the Faline docks with cleverness rather than magic, she has gained +1 Discipline.
-Studying. 7/30/2021 In reading detailed journals from her fiance's time in the Order, Lasair has gained +2 Power.
-Fortune Quest 08/27/2021 Completed a quest in Fortune's name, gained +2 Power, +1 Corruption. She now has the ability to not need to touch her cloaks in order to shapeshift.
-Elemental Blast Scroll 09/25/2021 Lasair can breathe fire in any form she takes.
-Animal Communication Scroll 09/25/2021 Lasair can speak to animals if she so chooses.
-Darksight Scroll 09/25/2021 In any form she takes, Lasair can see in the dark.
-Blight Wight Event 11/09/2021 From choosing the scythe in the the witch's cabin, Lasair has gained +1 Corruption.
-Fortune Quest 11/15/2021. Through a dream of a memory, Lasair answers Fortune's call, gaining +2 Discipline at the cost of +1 Corruption.
Feast of Flowering 04/30/2022 Lasair decides to celebrate the anniversary of Archmage Hagia's death with a bang, and sets parts of Faline on fire. She gains +1 Power and +3 Corruption.
-Practice 5/28/2022. Lasair completes a commission for Mochrie and finally understands the basis of her magic, earning +4 Discipline.
