Browlet

Born into a dangerous family, Akira was doomed from birth for the life he was forced to live. He was a well behaved browlet, for the most part, and did as he was told to avoid being reprimanded.

Fledgling

In his youth he learned just what was expected of him. Even as a kid it didn't sit well with the browbird and he often, to himself, questioned just what it was their family did. He knew they hurt people and he knew they extorted them, but he didn't understand why at such a young age. He just knew he had to do what he was told or he'd end up in a similar position.

Young Adult

More of the same, except now he could fight and he could lead some of the encounters due to being older and more capable. He would go on runs for his family to collect what was owed to them or to rough up and scare individuals. It wasn't what he wanted to be doing, but it was his life and his job and it supported the rest of his family. After all, he'd always been taught that family came first.

Adult | Current

The threat of ending up in a "similar position" had finally caught up to him. He was meant to take out some of his own that had double crossed the head of their family. When push came to shove he found he couldn't do it and instead helped them get away to safety. For his disobedience he had two of his limbs cut off and was left to bleed out. He thought he could save himself, being that one of his aspects was blood, but he'd been too weak to even control his aspect much past the bear minimum. It bought him time though.
Luckily for him he was found by someone who could help him before he'd entirely faded away. A painted satyr by the name of Charos helped get the bird back to decent health and aided him in getting new limbs that he could pay for over time. It wasn't a perfect arragenment but Akira was thankful and the strange satyr, while entrenched in crime, was nowhere near as bad as his family had been. He now works as one of Charos' body guards.

Aspects

• Blood: Akira knows two of his three aspects. He knows blood, and he learned that one fast as a browlet. He's quite cruel with how he can wield it and won't hesitate to rip the blood from someone he's fighting. If he can weaken an opponent via slowly draining their blood rather than flat out kill them he will.
• Chaos: Akira fights fast, rough and will leave huge amounts of damage if someone can't get the upperhand on him. His fighting style is destructive and refined via the chaos aspect so he's able to leave both his opponents and the battlefield a complete smear. He also eggs those he's fighting on with the aspect and seems to almost get into their heads to scramble their thoughts and coordination.

• Despite most browbirds getting sick from alcohol Akira has built up quite the tolerance to the poison and drinks it willingly.
• Akira is very fond of nice clothing and gets rather miffed when something gets ruined or dirty.
• He won't admit it but he likes his new boss. He's funny, friendly (mostly) and treats him like an individual versus as a pawn on a board, which is both new and appreciated.
• Akira loves games. Especially crane games. He's stupid good at them and tends to give the prizes away to whoever sits around to watch him play.
• The browbird works as a bodyguard for Charos, though he's also able to pursue his own interests when he's off the clock. It's all very new to him! So he's trying to figure out what he wants to do after he's paid off his debt.
