Rasul is a Soul Escort serving under Mahir. He escorts the souls of humans who have died too early to the afterlife by carrying them in his stomach. He is also Álmos' messenger, but Álmos hired him without knowing any of his history.

PERSONALITY

Like Álmos, Rasul has a quick temper and is usually the first to bite, kick and scratch. Over time, he softens up and his social skills improve. Has little empathy in the beginning, but becomes more caring after seeing Álmos' struggles. He's a pessimist, but maybe working with the Oneiroi brothers will shift his worldview.

Doesn't seem to like anything in particular. He somehow manages to find something annoying in everything. However, he develops a strong sense of justice and desire for independence after his own survival is secured.

In time, he learns about his history and the circumstances of his creation, and begins to question the meaning of his existence and seek out his life's purpose.

Rasul is extremely loyal to his duties, but not necessarily his masters.

EXTRA INFO

His soul once belonged to a lesser god who lived on Earth ~100 years ago (Rasul Krause) and still retains properties that are unique to that species. At least one of the Olympians is aware of this and keeps a close eye on him.

To perform his Soul Escort duties, Rasul stores souls and preserving ("fixer") water from the afterlife in his stomach. As a result, he is unable to digest anything he consumes ("fixer poisoning").

He is always drooling. His spit is blue.

Sometimes I draw him with a blue scar on his left arm to signify the connection between himself and Rasul Krause, but this is not a requirement.
