Elle Hendricks

A small and slight university student from planet Earth, who woke up one day in a much different world. Woke up with a valuable magic gem in her hands, and no knowledge of how she got it or got here. Immediately was set upon by a dragon in human form named Drake. Made a friend out of him, somehow. Now hangs out with a demon and a fungus as well. She seems to be oddly adaptable to the strangeness of her magical world.

Elle is very inquisitive and will diligently take notes whenever possible. She constantly asks questions and is reasonably open-minded. She is not at all athletic and lacks any physical abilities of note. Fortunately she makes up for this by having a strong sense of honor and zero inclination to actually obey this sense of honor. She prefers to fight smart, not hard and is also a self-taught master of No Kan Do, the ancient martial art of turning around and hauling ass as quickly as possible.

She can mimic most voices quite accurately (nearly perfect accuracy with some rehearsal) with some skill in ventriloquism. Her vocal range is quite large, so she can imitate a lot of people, and she is fond of using this to piss off or confuse opponents. Elle has a hell of a mouth on her and has been known to reduce less disciplined opponents into a frothing mess with her "impressions".  However, she sometimes picks bad times to mouth off, and Colleen and Rue have to moderate or cover for her whenever Elle starts to ask for trouble. Elle is sort of a lecher (for both hot men and women), although she does a decent job of keeping it in her pant when really necessary.

Elle's heritage is 3/8 black, half Chinese, and 1/8 hispanic/white/unknown. She therefore identifies as "Blasian". Elle speaks fluent German and Mandarin Chinese, as well as a bit of Spanish.None of which are spoken in her new world.

Her magical gem is usually reserved for serious emergencies, as it is a small, valuable artifact that is begging to be stolen. It's origins and mechanism are a mystery to her, but she knows it can do some crazy stuff to make things stop moving and she figures out how exploit its abilities to the hilt as she explores exactly what they are.
