Wilson Grey - Son. Doesn't always approve of or understand what he's getting into and is not afraid to tell him he's being stupid. Their relationship has had rough patches but she'd do anything for him, he is her proudest achievement in life. They know each other well. She's always getting on his case in a mom way because she loves him
Lee Smiley - Friend. They met in college and have always been on separate career paths but they're really competitive with each other bc they're both insane stem people. She respects him a lot but also thinks he's a silly man (he is)
Audric Acerbus - Ex lover. They met in dreams, where at first she thought he was just a manifestation of her desire for companionship. The two were genuinely best friends/in love and Audric confided many secrets with her, but when he inexplicably got her pregnant, he panicked and wiped all her memories of him and disappeared. She sweeps this under the rug for most of her life after that before regaining pieces of her memory and being forced to confront it again, where she stands up for her son and rejects Audric for good
