Lace is a cunning contestant who seems to have one major factor on her mind: control. Immediately upon being thrust into a new group of people, she'll usually instantly attempt to take charge of the group. The exact way that these groups of people respond to her suddenly proclaiming herself the leader will vary from group to group, but in a team as dissonant as the Sapphires, it will likely lead to a lot of in-fights within the team over who truly deserves to lead the team.. or if the team should even have a leader at all.

While Lace usually acts demanding towards her team, her requests are legitimately rooted in a wish for the team to perform well. As a result, it's possible that there's genuine method behind her madness..
