Shoe dashes into life with a positive demeanour and a desire to live life as fast as possible, which can sometimes be to the chagrin of his associates. For a long time, Shoe has LIVED for speed, and he's been known to zip around entire islands or regions even just out of boredom. This has made him a rather competitively-minded individual, and will not shy away from a challenge when it's presented to him.

The only thing that could possibly slow Shoe down when he breaks into a sprint would be his lack of danger awareness when he's already broken into a sprint. He focuses too much on speed sometimes, that he'll forget to keep a steady footing; as a result, he'll eventually manage to trip over himself or thin air sooner or later, bringing him to a crashing stop.
