A being who initially came from a universe that lay on the outskirts of reality itself. Was sent to bring happiness, peace, and protection to other universes, but defected out of boredom, got corrupted at some point by an unknown concept of being, and soon became an interdimensional criminal of possible unimaginable power. The vest being worn was stolen from an escapade into another universe.

- "Rigogol'overmoperlo" is a mix of like two Esperanto words and one word in Italian, with "Rigogolo" (oriole in Italian), "vermo" (worm in Esperanto), and "perlo" (pearl in Esperanto) in it.
- "D'Angelo", their last name, could mean "of the angels".
- While the "false body" in the drawings is the one D'Angelo mostly uses, the body actually has the ability to change shape/appearance and possibly internal structure as well. Whatever the body looks like, the worm on a string that can be seen will always be the true body which the false body forms from and keeps D'Angelo alive.
- Things that could cause them to change form include sudden mood changes, or even if they just want to. But the most frequent form changes come from the mood.
- Generally speaking, they have three main forms for three main moods, and each is based off of the concept of "judge, jury. and executioner"; Yellow/Happy as the "judge", Blue/Sad as the "jury", and Dark Grey/Unhinged as the "executioner".
- In addition to being able to change their form at will, D'Angelo can also take off certain parts of their body and have them grow into their own individual selves. These individual selves usually end up in different universes and may even have different personalities than the original. Don't worry about the "missing" parts of the original's body, they can be regenerated.
- The true body has carnivorous and parasitical tendencies.
- The "vest being worn was stolen from an escapade into another universe" line in the description was a joke line based off of how D'Angelo's design was lightly inspired by Gyro Gearloose (DT17 ver.), with the line jokingly implying that the vest was stolen from Gyro Gearloose when D'Angelo decided to hop into the DT17 universe for some reason (havoc, maybe).
- The crimes that D'Angelo has committed that is what established D'Angelo's status as an interdimensional criminal includes the murder of 22+ people across universes, larceny (for one example, see above), and tax fraud.
