Esthur

Esthur has been fighting since before the fall of heaven, so long it is nearly all he remembers. His flaming sword, Veritas, is all he has left from the time before the war with Agma. He has drifted apart from his former friends and now holds few acquaintances; he rarely stops in his travels to meet new people.

He is a mercenary by trade, fighting whatever battle he is paid to fight. Violence is second nature to him, and there are times he isn't sure what he is without a weapon in hand. His fighting style combines classical swordplay with his powerful fire magic, making him a dangerous adversary for those unused to facing magic users or unskilled in physical confrontation.

His tail is a separate consciousness with its own emotions and senses.
