Armed Vessel - first title / normal encounter

Scythe Wielder - second title / dream encounter

Named Panrha by the Mantis Lords. [gul panrha = flower petal]

12-13 years old.

Lives in the Fungal Wastes, with the Mantis Village.

Slipped out of the Abyss via Deepnest and traversed through it to the exit near the Lords, where they were found and taken in.

Quiet, playing poised, and practicing elegance, they fight with a scythe that mirrors their brethren's forelimbs. Of course, they're also still a kid, so they can be easily flustered by mistakes like tripping.

Has a Mantis Claw.

They carefully tie the ribbons around their horns and rewrap the ribbon around their scythe handle every morning.

Chose to take up the scythe after being adopted into the Mantis Lords' family - trying to emulate them.

By playing with the other Mantis Youths most of the day, Panrha has gotten very good at climbing. Though they can't fly like the other kids, the Youths can't fly for long distances & are better at perching somewhere, gripping with their claws, so Panrha is generally able to easily keep up by scaling around the walls.

There is a random chance to find them in the throne room; they can also be challenged, which leads to a fight that spans the entire room. During it, the Deepnest door is temporarily sealed again [if the Mantis Lords were beaten already] as is the way back up.

Behaviour

Swipe: Armed Vessel dashes forward and attacks with a quick downward slash, then jumps back.

Hop: Armed Vessel scales up a wall and then launches themself at Ghost.

Hop And A Skip: Armed Vessel scales up a wall, launches themself towards Ghost, then uses their scythe to swipe at them and land behind them.

Scythe Twirl: Starts spinning their scythe around rapidly, then throws it towards Ghost. This is a phase shift attack, as the spinning scythe proceeds to bounce around the arena off the walls & floor, and Armed Vessel stops using any scythe-based moves. The scythe freezes when Armed Vessel staggers, and does not track after Ghost - its pattern follows where it would logically travel next from. If it hits Ghost, it will rebound off of them much like hitting the walls/floor and start moving away.
