Amoral, manipulative, kind of cruel, her pranks can turn deadly. Charismatic, cute antics, energetic, curious.

Abilities:
-Teleportation: she can make short blips through space. Can also go through most materials that are not warded or otherwise resistant to or absorbent of magic.
-Acrobatic: capering and balancing, she's a performer at heart and makes use of her dexterity
-Being A Nuisance: self explanatory

She hates silence and stillness. She counters this by wearing bells that jingle as she moves... and she moves a lot.
