AILEEN COVEY
Aileen Covey is a very responsible and reliable woman, and will always finish her work properly and on time. There is no trying, she is always on it, period. She is a rolemodel in managing her work and the work of her subordinates. It was almost like becoming one of the chief leaders was effortless for her. She is the type to leave no person behind.
Aileen can be very stubborn when it comes to the way she perceives things around her. She doesn't have much of a humor bone, and doesn't care to mess around whether she's on or off the job. She is very serious about maintaining a professional relationship with all her subordinates, despite treating them like her own children through her actions. She even asks them whether they've eaten properly or that they should be drinking plenty of water. She hates it when they overwork themselves, and even gets concerned for them when a dangerous mission comes along. Though, she's very good at hiding her more expressive side.
She isn't very good at expressing her emotions and has a hard time showing off her positive side. Her expression is stuck in frown mode for the most part. Underneath, Aileen has a very soft side to her, but only shows it to her wife, Malvina.
Character
- When Aileen finds a grey hair strand on herself, she visibly freaks out... unlike her wife who is more than happy to see herself growing old
- She wishes she could officially adopt Eli, but overthinks it and wonders if it would be weird since he's not a child anymore.
- She really likes donuts
- She's always wanted to be a part of the girl scouts, but wasn't able to... so when she and her wife adopted Matthew, Aileen made sure to sign him up for the Boy scouts.
Summary
Official Role
She is the Chief Leader of a very important division unit called "Code Red". She only has a team of 5 with her, but 5 is enough to eliminate a large portion of the enemies they target around Sirilean City. She is fast paced and assertive, and a good authoriative figure among her subordinates. Or at least, that's what she's supposed to be, but since her group is newly formed, it's chaotic.
There's the two subordinates she sees as sons having conflict of their own, then the jokester duo who already happen to be childhood friends getting into funks... not to mention that adding the medic to the team made the chaotic-ness much more prevalent. Aileen is exhausted by the end of the day, and isn't fully sure how to handle the internal and emotional conflicts that transpire in her group. The only she can do for them is make sure they focus on their work once work begins. No distractions. No nothing. Just work.
Aileen is even more concerned for one of her subordinates, who seems to be having social trouble and demotes him to bodyguard once a high profile victim is moved to the Facility. She hopes it will go well, but thanks to this decision, things will get a lot more messy from here on.
Origins
Aileen Covey was born in Lambchester, Mallowwyvern where she and her childhood best friend would become roommates and go to their first college together. Eventually, her friend would ask Aileen for her permission to house one of her online friends who seemed to have been disowned by her parents and was moving in from Rousseau, a totally different country. Aileen let the arrangement happen, but didn't know that Malvina, the new girl, would eventually become her wife.
Once happily married, Aileen and her wife moved to Sirilean City so she could have the job oppurtunity of getting into the special combat unit. Later, adopting Matthew when he was just 5 years old.
Currently, Aileen now has her own division unit, made up of members she is slowly adjusting to.

Aileen is very neutral on her stance towards Autumn, especially in the beginning. She begins disliking her when, in her opinion, she feels as if Autumn is distracting Eli from carrying out his duties properly. |

 Conner E Beccera[ Subordinate ]"---"When Aileen was handed Conner, she didn't realize he was already childhood friends with Britney, so their chaotic mess of a duo was a surprise to her. She's not sure whether she's up for their constant hype and ability to work, or NOT up for it as it is sometimes a distraction. |
 Eli Thurston[ Subordinate ]"-----"Aileen has known Eli since he was 11 years old after finding him in an alley behind a dumpster during a mission for another unit. Code Red took care of him for the most part while Aileen stood by the sidelines, interfering when one thing or another to keep him safe and happy. She considers him like a son, but he is not legally adopted by her. |
 Luke Knight[ THORN ]"----"There are so many bad things Aileen could say about Luke Knight, even the smallest nitpick. Since he is a client for Code Red, she's forced to work with him on several occasions, and he's annoyingly stubborn about it too, or so she says. Aileen believes him to be a rude jerk with a superiority complex. |
 Matthew Covey[Son / Subordinate ]"---"Matthew is the legally adopted child of Aileen. She and her wife adopted him when he was 5-years old. They obviously have a very good relationship and Aileen loves him very much despite coming off a tad cold sometimes. She seems oblivious to the fact that Matt feels inferior to Eli, and believes that his snide remarks towards him are brotherly teasing (as she and her own siblings did the same). |
 Vanessa Lockwood[ Subordinate ]"-----"Aileen thinks Vanessa is the only sane one in the group, compared to all the others and their attitudes. But after some time, she realizes that Vanessa fits right in with Conner and Britney's shenanigans and tends to bounce off of them. Aileen does appreciate her hard work and her willingness to get to know everyone in the unit. |
