A mysterious warlock. Not much is known about him, he likes to have parties with downworlders a lot, and he buys blood from vampires in the Shadow Market. Overall, he seems like a lively friendly guy, usually has a smile on his face, and loves to freak people out with his teeth. He usually wears sunglasses over his eyes to hide his eyes. They're the most unsettling part of himself as far as what other people say to him. He also has very minor shapeshifting abilities (making himself have claws, changing the color of his mouth/teeth, changing hair color etc).
