Felder the Manakete

Felder is a quiet Manakete who claims to have come from a warm, desert climate. He prefers to spend his time alone and is a master at crossing borders unseen. He likes spending time with dragons however, and will often speak to them in a strange language that only he understands. He likes to eat dried meat, also plain garden salads although it is unsure why.
