An extremely-laid back breakdown crane with a surfer-bro personality who loves giving hugs.

Dolan has a strong, sturdy build. He's stocky with some fat on the stomach, but is mostly pure muscle. He has deep eye shadows, a pug nose, and dimples in both cheeks. His smile is one of those that lights up the room! His hair is wavy and shoulder-length, but is typically kept up in a messy bun. His right ear is pierced.

His design has hazard striping in multiple places - on the collar of his suit, along his sides, and on his pad straps. Crane booms rest on his shoulders. His hook is attatched to a rope that rests on his belt. Dolan also wears a WRECK CREW headband and a studded choker. His nails are red.

Dolan is extremely-laid back. Chillaxed, if you will. He doesn't take things too seriously, prefering to live in the moment. It's very difficult to make him angry. Even when he is, he remains calm and soft-spoken. He usually spins his hook around when bored or excited by something.

He's also incredibly affectionate, both physically and verbally. He loves to hold hands and give out hugs while casually using pet names and terms of endearment. Dolan can be a bit of a flirt, although it can be difficult for others to tell if he's actually interested in them or not due to how his natural personality is. Dolan is very close with Jerrie despite their opposite personalities. He's fully aware of Cranker's crush on him - he thinks the engine is cute but is waiting for Cranker to make the first move so he doesn't scare him off.
