Silo

Kind, Caring, Academic, Snarky, Playful, Aloof, Encouraging, Introverted, Reserved, Tired, Responsible, Trustworthy, Stiff, Harsh 

Silo is an introverted, shy man, who tries to hide his rigidness by being a people pleaser. He has a hard time saying no unless he's comfortable around someone. He tries to give everyone a fair chance and will be friendly unless given a reason not to be. To students, he'll often come across harsh and serious because they see him as a tough grader. But the students who like him know he's only pushing them because he cares and that deep down he's a jokester.

Silo now teaches at the school he used to attend while he was a student. He's proved himself as capable time and time again to the head of faculty and is on his way to being promoted to head of the humanities department. As he has proved himself trustworthy, the head of faculty put Silo in charge of keeping an eye on their new guest lecturer (Val) for the semester. Silo could not refuse, as much as he wished to. Now tasked with taking care of and being responsible for an unruly, unpredictable artist, Silo's patience is wearing thin, and so are his barriers.

Trivia:

• - Tells his students to call him "Silo" -- prefers to be approachable with his students so they don't feel restricted
• - Bikes everywhere / doesn't drive
• - Very deep voice, people are often taken aback by it
• - Hes adopted and loves his family and his career more than anything
• - Bookworm
• - Uses a lot of stiff arm gestures 
• - Isn't much of a hugger (he doesn't mind hugs, he's just always surprised when he gets them. He's more the type to pat you on the back)
• - Flustered when given positive attention
• - Easily exhausted and worn down but tries to push through anyway
• - Self-conscious about the way his ears and tail gives away his emotions and often hides them for this reason
