Born 3rd of Hearthfire, 2e 534, Venus is a Demiprince of Meridia (Altmer-presenting, his mother being one). He is a Bastion of Light (templar tank). He appears as a mortal Altmer, but when under stress/actively battling his eyes, chest, and arms/legs glow yellow, having 'Meridian purified skin.'

Oblivion
Venus was raised by Meridia in her Oblivion Realm, the Colored Rooms. His birthmother, Laertes' mother, Venus would always inquire about but Meridia wouldn't tell him anything about her.

Venus met Lyrin when he took a job involving investigating Daedric Incursions from a job broker in Leyawiin. Venus at first didn't think much of Lyrin, thinking he just was any other person he'd done jobs for, but felt a friendly connection to him.
