Legalie Lawrencia, one of the people who would be etched into the history of Krakrasien for better or for worse. Known for being one of histories most just and fair judges, and as a cornerstone in the long-lasting globalization of the world.

Legalie was taken in by Lucifer when zhe was barely more than a newborn baby. Zhe grew up amongst others in the orphanage Lucifer ran, but in comparison to many of zhes new siblings zhe grew up rather closely to Lucifer as well. Zhe always held a certain type of privilege when it came to him, he'd personally tend to zhem more and generally be more responsive to audience requests zhe made. It was, however, also a privilege he voiced towards zhem and made sure zhe understood. This, in turn, started an intense interest in zhem for the more overarching phenomenon of fair treatment, and later on branched out into laws and legal systems.
Legalie used the privilege zhe had with Lucifer a lot growing up. Zhe realized zhe could use this unfair treatment to help zhes siblings who could not just reach out to Lucifer, be this asking on their behalf, setting up meetings between Lucifer and the sibling, or otherwise making more work for Lucifer than he probably would have liked. Yet, he would continuously support this behavior as zhe always used it to help others, rather than to hinder them.

As zhe grew older zhe soon came to face the world outside the orphanage - and it was not kind towards zhes species. The shock of being rather intensely discrimanted against for the sole reason of being a Heart devil only helped in fueling zhes initial interest in fair treatment, as well as an intense drive to prove everyone wrong in their beliefs of what a Heart devil could and could not do. The most prominent thing zhe'd find people thought Heart devils incapable of was intelligence, rationality, and complex decision making.
So zhe began studying law with the best means available at that point in history.

Given that the world at that point was at the start of proper globalization with a lot of cultures, species, and people in general coming together and clashing, this wasn't exactly a well-established field of expertize quite yet. A lot was to be figured out, established, and generally explored which in the end would play to Legalie's benefit, but the way there was harsh and unforgiving.
It was quite the struggle for Legalie to make zhes way through the education system and social norms set for zhem, and zhe would often find all odds against zhem. Zhe'd have to prove zhemself more than worthy and oftentimes would only pass classes, tests, or the likes if zhe was one of the best of the best in order to leave no shadow of a doubt that zhe was capable. At any given opportunity, people would cast doubt at zhes capabilities and do much in thier power to ensure that zhe would not be able to move forward, yet they'd almost always fail at these endeavours. Oftentimes it would even have the opposite effect, as overcoming these rediculously hard challenges meant zhe gained more renown and proved zhemself further. It wasn't without its toll on Legalie's mental well-being however, and throughout zhe'd find zhemself lucky and thankful for zhes siblings and true friends that would help zhe through this harsh environment. Was it not for them, afterall, zhe would have been crushed under the pressure eventually.

Once Legalie finally finished zhes education, zhe had already build quite the renown. Despite still facing a lot of hardship and unfair treatment, zhes accomplishments spoke volumes and zhe found that zhe had a much easier time in working life than zhe had had while studying. Having such a noticable change of opinion of zhem fueled zhes determination to work and create change further, and zhe quickly manged to climb the ladder of renown and credibility. It didn't take many years for zhem to become one of the most requested judges, and with so zhe had a fairly easy time in becoming a central figure in the creation and discussions of new laws and how to handle the co-existance of the many species partaking in the recent globalization efforts. Being a central figure in such gained zhem a lot of attention from higher beings, in particular would zhe come to work closely together with Korenlious Garnuvoy, the man who stood at the very front of the globalization efforts. The two had many of the same values, especially the value of fair treatment and happiness for all people, and so zhe had many of Garnuvoy's resources at zhes fingertips when zhe needed them.
Suffice to say, zhe became a rather unstoppable force at whatever zhe set zhes mind to.

Throughout it all people never quite stopped trying to take zhem down, and one of these attempts in particular would prove to be extremely beneficial for zhem.
After ruling a certain Supreme devil into rehabilitation rather than execution, zhe was tasked with said rehabilitation. This was due to the rest of the court being infuriated with the ruling, and so only agreed to let it through if zhe zhemself proved zhes ruling to be correct. So began zhes relationship to Imporance.
Imporance had been incredibly sheltered all his life, locked away with no contact to anyone as a protective measure from his parents. He had incredibly unstable, but powerful, powers; he could know everything that anyone was doing in quite the distance from him at any given moment, but it was something he could not control when Legalie first took him into zhes care. This meant that he would frequently, and at the slightest change in environment, become over stimulated and go into a sheer panic where he would do anything and everything in his power to stop the flow of knowledge and stimulation he was recieving due to his powers. Unluckily, since he couldn't control his powers, that meant silencing everyone and everything around him, which had translated into murder. This had, unsurprisingly, also been the case in the incident for which he had been brought in front of the court for.
Legalie had taken notice of this unintentional lack of control in him, and due to that decided that he should get the chance to learn to control it properly, despite the crime he had done. So began a very long process of teaching Imporance coping mechanisms and how to control his powers as much as possible - even if it came to prove that he'd never be able to control them fully.
It didn't take long for Legalie to realize that Imporance was a very gentle, stoic, and scared person yet very eager to help and somehow make up even slightly for what he had done. Put in the right environment and given the right tools, he became a very hard worker and an essential part of Legalie's household as zhes butler.
Managing to rehabilitate Imporance, especially as it came out that he was considered "defective" as the lack of his powers came from a magical disability he was born with rather than a lack of dicipline, proved a point to the people around zhem that people with disabilities very well could be a functioning part of society as long as precautions were made and their disabilities taken into account. It was an instance that helped kickstart a movement to incorporate special rules and needs for those who needed it in the growing legal system.

Much of Legalie's life would come to be known for beating the odds and doing the impossible. Zhe's existance would be documented and the survival of this information guaranteed by Kornelious Garnuvoy himself as a sign of respect and gratitude so that zhe and zhes achievements never would become forgotten by time.
