A seemingly simple North American tangent man with an eccentric dressing style, though he carries a few secrets and surprising traits as well.
He seems quite the drifter, traveling about with seemingly little care, charming whoever he can into his company.
He's particularly unusual in that not only is he a stand user, but he plays host to a demon as well; a living tattoo that subjects him to constant pain but grants him some super human abilities in return. Included is increased speed and strength, and he seems to have ceased (or at least greatly slowed) aging. His stand is named "Ghost", it's a pen with ink that will come to life once a drawing is completed, though he must draw items in one continuous stroke/line.
He has a daughter that he doesn't know of until she's in her mid-20's; Rose/Demure. She is hesitant to call him father, and likewise he doesn't feel the most comfortable referring to her as his daughter, though he does feel guilt over his absence in her life. They share a cordial relationship with one another.
