An ex test subject of Millenium. After managing to escape, he tries to live quietly and as far removed from Millenium, Hellsing, and any other parties as he possibly can. However, he finds life drawing him back into it (where the Hellsing organization is concerned anyway).
He's about as flirtatious as ever, though some can't help but wonder if it's because he's trying to desperately keep something buried within' him.
