Came from another reality along with Fang and Regina, and like them his origins are unknown. In a city where you can find humans, animals, even pokemon, Wind is one of the only citizens with powers and supernatural abilities.

Wind is a Succubus. As one, he is able to shapeshift at will, but his preferred form is of a grey cat with very shaggy and messy fur and hair. You will most likely see him like this, maybe in a different size or sex. Has two stomachs, one that functions normally and another that does not digest any food or send it through any intestines, this one is used to store food or other people. Eating someone and putting them in this "safe" stomach is part of his love language, is the way he expresses that he likes someone, even though he won't show it through emotions.
