Phoebe is a sweet panda girl that works at a bakery shop very close to where the star lives, she is co-owner of the place and a hard working person with a uplifting, cheerful personality, gets along with everyone just great and its quite popular among the regular of her bakery.
She met the star when she was Candy, Candy went to get a snack from there and in the process of waiting they found out they have a lot in common, Phoebe was really interested in Candy and her abilities, the things she was into and her personality, quickly developing a small but obvious crush on the two headed dog.
