Kacey radiates self-confidence in everything they do. They give off the impression that they've never been unsure of anything in their life, which is true as far as anyone can tell. Even in completely new situations, they act with the ease of someone who's done this hundreds of times. Possible consequences don't seem to factor into any of their decisions, which are rather fueled entirely by unwavering hubris.

They're a smooth talker who finds it easy—and even fun—to manipulate others. Sometimes they convince people of things just because they can, but other times they do use this to their advantage. They know how to pay attention to someone and make them feel welcome and heard, but the chances of Kacey using this for genuine reasons are slim. Helping and caring for others is not high on their list of priorities; instead, if this happens it is only a means to an end. It isn't the case that they always want something specific, as they do tend to string people along just for the sake of it. They take more than they give.

Even when the game is over, they always have a smile on their face. Frustratingly to others, nothing ever seems to faze Kacey; they remain remarkably level-headed in most situations. They may appear unhinged but they will assert that they know exactly what they're doing—and this is certainly true. They will laugh in the face of anyone who claims they're anything but sane, because there's no need to lump them in with a group of people who are most often the victim. Kacey is no victim, and they need no help. They know they're a freak by society's standards, but what should they care about that?

All they want is to have a little fun, and by their definition that often means causing trouble for other people. The level of malicious intent varies greatly in their actions, but one constant is that they won't stop until they get what they want.
