"I'd love to find adventure and romance one day."
Shoal is a villiager Elnin that owns her own Sea Salt Taffy candy stand outside her house. She is a incredibly shy and insecure, but is friendly and caring to those friendly towards her. She does everything she can to care for her kits, and often spends her time making taffy to sell, or sitting by her favorite watery spots. She has low self-esteme, but her kits are helping to build up her confidence. She often daydreams about adventure and finding romance.
She enjoys looking elegant and pretty, enjoys walking around at night the most, and loves swiming and bodies of water. She has adopted a young Kit she found washed ashore, and has recently had her first litter of Kits thanks to a friendly fling her son set her up with.

Shoal Facts
She absolutely adores sitting by the ocean or waterside at night. She likes the calm and quiet with the sky reflecting off the waters surface. Sometimes her paws or tail will be wet or muddy by the time she gets home due to wading in the water in one of her favorite spots.
Shoal has quite the talent for making Sea Salt Taffy. She enjoys spending the day making such treats, selling them at her little shop, and experimenting with creating new sea salt taffy creations and flavors. It is a very calming and enjoyable hobby for her.
Her eyes are very sensitive to the light, and often squints during the day. However, she loves the night time and will often stay up late in order to enjoy the night. She loves how pretty and calming the night can be.
She has a few favorite spots by the water side where she can sit in the grass and watch the reflections of the moon on the water, or wade around in the shallows. She calls these her "Secret Spots", though they are not far from home at all.
She dreams about being strong enough to be able to explore the world outside her home. Seeing new places and being someone important. Or at least meeting someone who's an adventurer or noble... or even a royal to be her friend and tell her about great adventures. Oh... and if she could find someone like that to be her mate... she'd feel ever so important.
She found Russ washed ashore during one of her outings. She brought him home to nurse him back to health, and has been caring for him since.
Russle
[ Adopted Son ] Shoal found Russ washed up on the shore during one of her outings. She brought him back and cared for him until he was back in good health. Rather than leaving, the Kitom decided to stay with her in order to try and repay her. She's adopted him as her son, and has done what she can to care for him and make him happy.
Shore
[ Daughter ] Shore was a momma's girl, and very attatched to her older brother Russ. When the time came for the kits to wander off into the world, Shore wanted to stay with the two she loved most of all. Shoal is incredibly happy one of her own wanted to stay with her.
Nile
[ Fling / Friend ] Nile was a 'Spring Fling' that resulted in Shoal's first batch of Kitoms. He is a traveling dancer, and after being drawn to Shoal's stand by Russle, the two struck up a conversation. They spent time together while Nile was around the villiage, and when he needed to leave, Shoal finally got the romance she'd been daydreaming of. When the kitoms were born, their youngest left with Nile to live with him. Shoal still greatly enjoys his visits with their Kit.
