Born 22nd of Rain's Hand, 3e 184, Mirilina is a Thalmor Justicar. She is a witchhunter who uses lightning destruction and conjuration (bound weapons) magic. She wears the Thalmor robes. During the Great War, she was caught in an arsonist attack, getting permanent burn scars on the left side of her face.
