JASPER
[ About ]
Jasper is one of the consistent members of the Silverwings, well known for being a wingless dragon. He's the ward of the master and one of the most trusted dragons in the commune.
He has never been outside the City and doesen't seem interested in leaving, as he is perfectly happy of benefitting his community and possibly become it's master later in life.
While it is unknown which kin Jasper belongs to, he's speculated to be a mix between a desert dragon and a mountain dragon. While his short fur and neck sail unmistakebly belong to a desert dragon, his stature and earthy desaturated colors, as well as very long claws, likely derive from mountain dragon genes. Jasper doesen't seem to be interested in his origins, however.

Jasper was found by Adonis in the back of an alley, just a few weeks old and barely alive, he was then brought back to the Silverwings headquarters and rehabilitated. Since they were unable to find his parents (and mostly beacause Adonis grew very fond of the wingless cub) Jasper was given a name and became part of the guild. To this day, he is one of the strongest and most vital members of the Silverwings
During his younger years, he was trained and raised by Adonis, whom, despite not being the most affectionate of dragons, offered a good role model of the cub; Jasper shares a similar aloof demeanour with his caretaker, even tought Jasper is way more extroverted and friendly. They still shared a strong bond even after the end of Jasper's apprenticeship, however they've been more distant after Adonis became guildmaster.

- despite being flightless, Jasper can leap high enough to hit other dragons as they soar.
- he is a VERY fast thinker, able to quickly make the best of the situation
- his front paws are surprisingly dexterous and have a very strong grip. He can also stand balanced on his hind legs, more than an average dragon.
- his "sail" isn't fur but soft cartilage bristles
- blood and insides are blue
[ Relationships ]
Jasper looks up to Adonis as his absolute role model, aspiring to be a great leader like him. He always goes the extra mile only to impress his master and while Adonis himself has tried to discourage this behavoiur, Jasper never really ceased to do it.
Rayne and Jasper are VERY close, almost like adopted siblings. He loves teasing her and they play-fight a lot. Rayne acts as his "eyes from the sky" when they're on duty and she's the only dragon, along with Adonis, who he fully trusts.
Jasper is diffident towards the elder dragon and is often annoyed by his harsh manners, with the latter not giving much importance to this one-sided rivalry
