Empress the Emperor Penguin, selfish as they can get, as lonely as ever.

A powerful Mobian that achieved her powers in a total accident. Strong as an ox, ten oxen, fast as a tortoise, maybe more. Being a penguin, she’s prone to be hot constantly. She loves cool drinks, colder temperatures, raw shrimp, and cooked (but cold) salmon. She adores the rain, feeling her most powerful in it.

Her powers consist of crazy-ass lightning powers, able to control such force at will. She also contains the capacity to mind control, even if it doesn’t always work. Minds are strong, her mind is weak. She sees anyone who is weak to take any advantage of.

She packs a real punch. Close combat preferred for her, as she taught herself how to fight. If needed, she can use her crazy-ass lightning powers for range.

If she uses her lightning powers too much, her hands will cause her to bleed and she can literally fucking pass out from blood loss if untreated. Those wounds are deep.

She’s not your friend. Empress craves power, as it is something that was lacking in her life. She thrives over control, even to say addicted to it. Though, no one has exactly shown her some love, so she doesn’t exactly know love or how to be a friend. She’s always looking to gain something, no matter how big or small.

She despises the quiet. At every moment besides sleep, she takes up every chance to make noise. It being bouncing her foot, flicking her prosthetic leg, whistling, anything. She fears silence, as noise is her reminder that she’s still alive.

She lost her leg in an incident involving her village as a young teenager. It involved some guns, some robots, some guy with an egg for a head, a buncha fire, something falling on her, something like that… she hardly remembers and doesn’t plan to either.

Her favorite song is Jailhouse Rock by Elvis Presley and I Kicked A Hole In Your Fence by Grand Commander. She enjoys painting with her emotions. Has an Australian accent.

She’s also Sonics' #1 hater. She despises him, overruled by jealously. She daydreams about torturing him, which even she finds a little dark. Bring Sonic the Hedgehog up to her, and she’ll never shut up about how much she hates him.
