traits from elecmon: nine tails, coloration (especially in the lower half of the body), blue flame-like marking on the head, guyliner (although this guy's guyliner is red, whereas elecmon's is black), markings on back legs.

traits from jolteon: yellow front legs, leg shape, head shape, face shape, ear shape, purple eyes.

personality: energetic. feral, wild. impish, mischievous, prankster, jokester. gets told he doesn't take things seriously. grins a lot. a fusion with attitude.

my favorite color palette i've worked with this year! lots of fun, vibrant colors. the color palette definitely informed a lot of her character for me.

jolt-elecmon moveset: double kick, substitute, volt tackle, and wish.
