Kino

 This elxin is fairly immature (in personality and skill). He's known as a trickster, and is mostly considered a fraud within the realm of Elxin, other than his fortunate genetic mutation. It doesn't matter how well he was taken care of, growing up. He says as much, too, seemingly cutting ties with his guardians and mentors who had been very doting and loving towards him (despite his bratty demeanor).

As a fully grown Elxin, he loves traveling to all sorts of varied-in-progress worlds, and has a bit of a treasure hoard going on in a little unmarked, lifeless planet... Various knick-knacks decorate the desolate ground, such as ray guns, guitars, statuettes of deities; he says he loves them all and utilizes them, but of course he doesn't, not giving much time dedicated to understanding their varied uses.

Other than curating a collection that no one else has ever seen, Kino enjoys causing trouble for other creatures by making himself known and inserting himself into their lives, in one way or another. Removing himself from genuine strife, but being able to observe it, is one of his favorite things...

• Traits: Heterochromic pupils (C), unusual hoof shape (UC mutation)
• There are multiple forms he can take-- and of course the most 'realistic' form to his true nature is his least favorite. 
• He prefers to appear harmless and humanoid. Also, he is embarrassed to admit, but in almost every form he takes, his wings cannot withstand his weight, and therefore he cannot actually fly with them.
     However, he can use his magic powers to fly. He usually flaps his wings for the 'effect'...
