King Rae

SHORT SUMMARY:
   A stern fellow, who only cares about what's best for rars kingdom. Rae takes no shit, and gives no love. As time has passed, ra has grown ever more frustrated, especially since every day ra grow more disappointed in who ra is leaving the fate of the kingdom too. Though once ra's intent was based around change and growth, Rae has fallen into the trap of upholding what ra believes is best.

	BUGSI --- [War General & Main Advisor (friend)] Rae has always been able to depend on Bugsi, and is grateful to have bur by rars side. Rae takes bur opinion above everyone elses, and trusts bur completely.
	BUGSI'S PROJECT --- [Tolerates Ber] Rae pays Belb no mind. Ra knows that Bugsi cares for ber for some odd reason, and respects that. Rae is easily annoyed by ber childish and arrogant, the two mostly ignore and avoid each other.

BACKSTORY:
  Rae hated ras wisepeice (father/parent) very much, seeing them as lazy and arrogant, Rae wanted the best for ra's kingdom, and vowed to be a great leader. Ra would often wander outside the palace walls, escaping the view of the guards whenever ra could. Ra wanted to experience life the way the people did, and get to know them better to become a better leader. When out and about, ra ran into Bugsi, a fierce and feisty plant elemental and befriended bu. Ra vowed to change the strict class roles set up in the kingdom, and promised Bugsi would be ras general. 

  Eventually Rae inherited the kingdom, and worked to implement the changes ra so strongly believed in. Elementals were no longer stuck in such tight roles based on what their birth element was, which inspired an incredible amount of pride and moral & productivity amongst the citizens. The kingdom was booming, and fantastic, and- limited. 

With the midlands full of monsters, expansion was neigh impossible. Fields would be ravaged and burned, elementals lost their lives helplessly against such powerful monsters. Only experienced traders even dared to cross the land. Rae needed someone to blame.

The moon elementals, relationships with them were tempered, but that wouldn't be difficult to change. Especially when they were theories that the moonlanders CREATED the elementals, their trades included fragments, who said their experiments didn't as well? When you messed with the small ones it only made sense you would create massive monstrosities. 

The war was grand, the people were motivated, risks were made, and battles were fought and won. 

The other side was not prepared. 

The fighting has stopped, but the massive elementals are almost twice as problematic, the people are upset! The war was supposed to solve their problems, but it has only made them worse, what are they to do? Ra hoped ras heir would be able to solve the problem, but every day it becomes more apparent that so will lead their kingdom to ruin. 

Ra is holding onto their form. Time is up, but they can't let go, not with their kingdom left in the hands of a failure. At the very least ra hopes to cover up ras mistakes. 

FUN FACTS:
+ The only advisor ra really trusts is Bugsi, bu is really the only elemental ra trusts at all
+ Rae's face is well known around the kingdom, they are often depicted as a powerful immortal figure who knows all, it used to be very rare to find a negative opinion of ra, though people have begun to whisper
+ Ra is not very expressive, they rarely smile anymore unless around Bugsi
+ Soline could never meet Rae's expectations, in any universe
+ Ra knows the source of the midland monsters

+ BEEG, the biggest elemental on the plane
+ Sharp horns
+ Wing ears, the flat elemental symbols NEED To be on the top of these, they are always flat & fully visible from any angle
+ Neck floof is star shaped, almost always wears royal necklace
