- is doing the whole drugs and excessive drinking thing (just like all the rest of the band), but other than that he's relatively unproblematic
- is the second oldest out of seven siblings. the only one he really has any contact with is his older sister
Relationship with the others in the band:
Iona:
- roan tends to get on iona's nerves, and he often threats to kick roan out of the band (but he doesn't actually mean it,, usually)
- are the two youngest in the band, and have very "sibling-like" fights ("roan took my shoes!!" "yes, but only because iona fucking hid mine?!")
- scene: roan and iona sitting on a couch, arms around eachother, both very drunk, and singing some irish traditional song a little bit too loud
- they are not allowed to share hotel room since that always ends up with them having a fight (sometimes friendly fun fights, sometimes actual fights; either way they will keep eachother from sleeping and possibly ruin the hotel room in the process)
Bane:
- are opposites when it comes to personality, which can make it hard for them to get along. often need someone else to step in to ensure peace
- them not always getting along doesn't stop bane from being very protective over roan. bane can call roan an idiot, but if anyone else does it he will literally beat them up.
Yog:
- roan was the last one to join the band, and by the time he joined the others had been together for years and were already tight-knit. and while the others were a bit slow to warm up to the new member, yog went out of his way to make sure roan felt like a part of the group
Brennan:
- have similar interests in movies and comic books, and are always trading comics with each other
- are the two who most often do interviews and stuff on the band's behalf, since they're both good at talking and are nice and pleasant to deal with (and also - most importantly - the least likely ones to start any shit, or fight with each other or the interviewer)
