Bane

Bane was born to Scottish parents, and as a kid they moved around a lot in Scotland and England. He kept changing schools and never got an opportunity to form any meaningful friendships. As a teenager they ended up staying in London more long-term and there he ended up meeting Iona and Brennan.

He used to be called Rob as a kid, but there were just too many Robs around (and he refused to go by “Robbie” or any other Robert-related nickname) so he picked another nickname he thought sounded cool. Bane is the only name he uses now, and he does not appreciate people trying to call him anything else.

Does admittedly have some anger issues and is always looking for a fight (any reason will do). Doesn’t really show his feelings (especially positive ones), and mostly settles on looking somewhat annoyed and unimpressed. He kind of seems like he barely tolerates his band mates, but he does love them a lot and sees them as his family and would frankly do anything for them.

He’s less quiet than you'd expect; he does enjoy talking, especially in conversations where it's very clear he has the upperhand. Loves calling out people who are talking about stuff they know shit about.

Heavily abuses alcohol and drugs (more so than the other guys in the band), and very much refuses to realize that’s a problem.

• Reads a lot. Fiction, non-fiction, books, papers, news, everything.
• Has on several occasions jumped off the stage to fight someone in the audience
• Is Not immune to iona's puppy dog eyes
• Hates USA (but also low-key loves USA)

• His hair is always shaved on the sides of his head, but can be any length in the middle (or even all of it shaved).
• Usually no beard, but can also have some kind of beard (we're really not picky here).
• Big and muscular.
