Personality| Dopey and rarely taking anything seriously, Gilmore has an incredibly easy personality. Gilmore is a self-proclaimed pacifist that holds true to his word. Honesty is the best policy, after all; but white lies are okay when you don’t want your friends to get thrown into jail for the magics they practice. He enjoys living by his own rules and disregarding ones that come from the Council. He also tends to reject the notion that certain magics are dangerous and/or illegal considering it to be, "straight up, like, against how the world works." He’s slow to anger and slow to realize a problem when one arises, believing that it’ll eventually fix itself back to the natural order. Though his lackadaisical tendencies can be frustrating, he’s a good presence and a good friend.

Appearance| He's five foot eleven and three quarters, just nearly missing making six feet tall. Body-wise, he's pretty skinny; mostly skin and bones. His hair is black and dreaded, often poking out from under the novelty witches hat he almost always wears. His eyes are a light brown and his skin is black.
