Basics
Description
A spunky and salty lad, Val loves to perform and proclaims that he will bring about a New Wave of music. He calls it "New wave". His band name is a work in progress, but he has a few that include Crash Tide, Disclaim Nothing, or Ocean Wails. He likes Ocean Wails the best and usally starts with this name first if others ask. Despite having a band name, he doesn't appear to have any bandmates.
A traveling preformer, his music is said to be quite wild, rebellious, and somewhat agressive. He moves around a lot so that he can yell out his feelings, though his typical hang out spots are on sand bars. This doesn't mean he won't show up in a village and start belting out tunes though

An elnin that he met on the beaches who actually spoke to him. he was offput by her happy-go-lucky personality, but eventually learned to chill out and realize she was a pretty ok gal. They promised to meet again on the same beach they met.
Shion

This Elnin doesn't seem to really want to talk to Val, but Val insists on talking to them regardless. Knowing that Shion seems to like books, Val has taken up finding books while traveling to hand off to Shion, knowing he would enjoy them more than Val could. Though, collecting books for Shion has caused Val to read much more.

One of Val's children, this child seems to look up to their father and his loud and rebellious personality, despite being fairly quiet.
