Lovingly doubbed "Wiggle child", Arcis is a bundle of energy who is insistant on exploring and finding all sorts of trinkets and learning absolutely everything. She can be a bit of a hand full for her parents when she sees both of them, but the Palu'au islands keep her contained... For now.
