Naiad

Naiad is an Elf that could be considered a little too giving compared to the cruel, callous world he lives in. He would describe himself as less altruistic than he really is-- so very humble and honest.
He isn't shy per se, but self-conscious. Most of this is due to being born, raised, and currently still living far from major towns and toiling alone, making small amounts of money for perilous work that is usually left up to sturdier people.

He is very hands-on and loves creative hobbies-- he dyed his own coat and painted his own bag (as well as added 'delightful' tassels to all his goodies)... Most of his hard earned coin goes toward his own amusements... colorful gems, pet birds, lizards, butterflies, fabrics, so on. 

If given enough time while working he'll find ways to enjoy the nature he's surrounded in; a big reason why his impractical cape was dyed was to attract insects and hummingbirds, etc.-- and why he spends so much of what he works for on the world around him, as if it's all just for enjoyment.

He is a confidant in the countryside's odd potions maker, as he is the one gathering most of his herbs.
