Alcata Trucata's Ownership

Alcata's story and overall character belongs to me, but her current design was made by a certain friend of mine who frequently commissions/requests art for her. Almost all the art here was requested by her, and we both have free use of her, since my friend sometimes models her avatar and RPs as her. However, she acknowledges I have all technical ownership over the character while she contributes art toward her profile.
This particular friend is known on GaiaOnline as Manara Falsaer.
