Story
History
Bo-seon was born to a highly popular and and involved sea dragon family. They would contantly sponsor or help out in the festivities in the South Sea, with Bo-seon becoming the face of the family at times. He would be good friends with Chí Thành after a few get-togethers with other Sea Dragons, helping him with research where Chí Thành couldn't dare brave in exploring but Bo-seon can.
When crowned as the new emperor, Bo-seon set it out to raise the joy and economic wealth of his nation through celebration and community relations, thus South Sea would host the greatest festivals of all time. Bo-seon does his best to keep everyone entertained and encourages others to chase their dreams... though when it comes to pressing matters such as natural disasters and demonic influences, he leaves that to his more responsible court members. He's often an on the fly person, that it's also difficult to get him in an organized schedule- gotta live life on the edge!
Personality
Bo-seon is quite literally the highlight of the party. He's a very loud and outgoing man who's always trying to lift the spirits of his people. He might be too excited about things, but he's got a good attitude about it and means well. Bo-seon doesn't take things too seriously and is welcoming to anyone who's got a dream. While he is quite a friendly guy, he's not keen on dealing with matters that are too stressful, and confrontation is something he avoids (sometimes to the detriment of his friends). He's a fun-loving guy, but getting him to focus on important matters can be a challenge.
